Taking the Train Home

The wub's last ride at Disneyland was the train. She loved the tunnel with the Grand Canyon and the dinosaurs.

Winnie the Wub

The wub did the Winnie the Pooh ride.

Mostly though she was interested in trying to get his honey.

The wub puts her baby to bed.

Adventureland!

The wub loved Adventureland and she went on the Jungle Cruise twice.
Best part of the ride, looking at the bananas.

How'd that rhino follow her all the way from Harvard?

But it's OK mommy.

The wub's first pineapple whip.

It's got the kind of flavor that makes you want to hula with the tikis.

Oh no, the wub tripped in front of the rolling boulder.

But she managed to get up and escape.

Fantasyland!

The wub rode Dumbo with mommy.


And then again with daddy.

Later on the wub took the storybook canal boat and looked at the little dollhouses.

Frontierland

In Frontierland the wub realized that she was missing her "hat!" .
Fortunately she found it again by the time mommy and grandpa Chatsworth got off Big Thunder Mountain.

Jabba the Mariner

When the wub was a few months old she went to opening day of the Subs with Nemo but didn't ride as the wait was over three hours. On this trip it was a more reasonable thirty minutes.




After the subs she rode the Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters.

Arriving at the Hotel

After the train ride the wub gets to her hotel, the lobby of which has a Surfer Goofy statue.
The wub enjoyed walking around the hotel (and making daddy nervous by playing with his watch).

She has some lunch of beans, corn, and chicken.

After lunch she goes for another walk and looks at the Disneyland Hotel waterfall (most of which is now locked off, unlike when daddy was a kid and you could walk through the whole slippery thing).


So this is how the other half swims.

A little bit of coloring with mommy before dinner.

The wub's favorite thing on the entire vacation was jabbering and running down the hallway. It was so much fun they should probably feature it in their ads: "Come to Disneyland and experience 'Hallway: The Ride.' "

The Wub Visits Chatsworth

Mommy had a conference in So Cal so (after a very unpleasant plane ride) the wub got to visit Chatsworth and play in the yard with the "ball!"

The wub looks at pictures of babies on the train.
The train makes a stop at Union Station before proceeding behind the Orange Curtain.

A Visit to the Rhinos

All the babies at school love the rhinos so one weekend the wub loaded up the wagon to go visit them.

She crossed campus.

Sometimes the wub likes the pull the wagon herself. ("beep beep")

And there she is, the rhino!

Now for a quick walk through the misty rocks before coming home.
